Lose fat and build muscle at the same time, done right
Body recomposition is harder to get right than a straight cut or bulk. It needs precise nutrition and a training plan built specifically for it, not a generic fat loss or muscle gain template.

Why most plans don't work
- Trying to "cut and bulk" at the same time with no real plan, and making slow progress on both fronts.
- Following fat loss advice and muscle gain advice from two different sources that actively contradict each other.
- No clear way to tell if the plan is actually working; the scale barely moves either way.
- Giving up on recomposition and picking one goal, because nobody explained how to structure it properly.
A coaching system, not a template
Precision nutrition
Calorie and protein targets calibrated specifically for simultaneous fat loss and muscle gain, not a generic deficit or surplus.
Strength-focused training
A resistance training program that protects and builds muscle while your body loses fat.
Measurements over scale weight
Progress tracked with photos and body measurements, because the scale alone can't show recomposition.
Realistic pacing
Recomposition is slower than a straight cut or bulk by design; your plan is paced to actually work, not to disappoint you.
Regular recalibration
Your plan is adjusted every few weeks based on how your body is actually responding, not on a fixed template.
1:1 coaching throughout
Direct access to your coach to explain the process and keep you consistent through a goal that takes patience.

(Rudraksha)Common questions
What exactly is body recomposition?
Losing fat and building muscle at the same time, rather than doing them in separate phases. It's slower than a straight cut or bulk, but means you don't have to choose one goal over the other.
Is this slower than just doing a cut or a bulk?
Usually, yes; recomposition happens at a more gradual pace than a dedicated cut or bulk. The trade-off is you make progress on both fronts at once instead of sequentially.
How do I track progress if the scale doesn't move much?
Photos, body measurements and strength numbers: the scale is often the least useful metric during recomposition, so your coach tracks the ones that actually show change.
Who is body recomposition actually good for?
People who are already reasonably active, want to improve body composition without a dramatic weight swing in either direction, or beginners in their first year of proper training.
